Job Description - Assist PMO for IT project management including feasibility study, project planning, project charter, requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, training, implementation, etc.
- Work closely with development team, vendor, stakeholders and project teams
- Proposal of appropriate hardware and software in IT projects
- Control of documentation and quality assurance in IT projects
- Technical knowledge transfer and training to team members, clear instructions and on-site guidance to operators
- Post-implementation support and enhancements in IT projects
Requirements: - University graduate in IT or equivalent, preferably with PMP
- Solid experience in banking IT environment with hands-on exposure in various banking systems
- Hands-on experience in corporate/retail banking systems (eg. Digital Banking / large scaled IT projects)
- Competence in system analysis, business analysis, project management
- PMP Certificate is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates need to be SMART and familiar with banking systems
- Good communication skills and problem solving skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, Putonghua speaking is required
