The Business Analyst - Digital Projects will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and working with stakeholders to develop digital solutions for an insurance company. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and product development, to ensure projects are aligned with business objectives and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop user stories, use cases, and business requirements documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop digital solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as necessary.
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, computer science, or engineering.
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in a digital project environment, preferably in banking or insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- PMP certification is a plus.
