Senior Technical Services Officer (Deskside & Endpoint)
Our client is financial institution and is looking for a L2 support for its team
Responsibilities
- To plan, direct, coordinate and control the delivery of Deskside and Endpoint environment
- To evaluate new products and technology in fulfilling the Bank’s operational needs and compliance requirements
- To administer and support systems for the operations of Deskside and Endpoint
- To implement new systems and solutions on Deskside and Endpoint
- To ensure projects are deliver on time and relevant controls are performed accurately and properly
Requirements
- University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience of which at least 5 years in Microsoft Windows desktop platform support and maintenance
- Solid experience in Endpoint security products/ solutions
- Experience in patch management, Group Policy, Windows and Mac OS preferable
- Strong technical skills on Windows environment, Deskside hardware and software
- Certification holder of CISSP or CISA is a plus
- Independent, self-motived and detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
