Senior Technical Services Officer (Deskside & Endpoint) 

Our client is financial institution and is looking for a L2 support for its team

Responsibilities

  • To plan, direct, coordinate and control the delivery of Deskside and Endpoint environment
  • To evaluate new products and technology in fulfilling the Bank’s operational needs and compliance requirements
  • To administer and support systems for the operations of Deskside and Endpoint
  • To implement new systems and solutions on Deskside and Endpoint
  • To ensure projects are deliver on time and relevant controls are performed accurately and properly

Requirements

  • University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience of which at least 5 years in Microsoft Windows desktop platform support and maintenance
  • Solid experience in Endpoint security products/ solutions
  • Experience in patch management, Group Policy, Windows and Mac OS preferable
  • Strong technical skills on Windows environment, Deskside hardware and software
  • Certification holder of CISSP or CISA is a plus
  • Independent, self-motived and detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
