A leading IT vendor is looking for The Service Delivery Manager to perform the service delivery and project management for clients.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Make sure the Statement of Work, Service Level Agreement, and reporting documents are accurately delivered 
Ensure the management, delivery and support services are performed according to contractual commitments
Act as point of contact to interface with multiple stakeholders including our Client, internal service teams, system vendors on regular basis
Work closely with internal teams including Service Desk, Operation Teams to perform day-to-day support activities
Prepare the status reports and meeting minutes, review the service level reports, identify breakdowns/gaps, trends and make recommendations
Ensure project requirements and timelines are well communicated among key stakeholders including customers, external service vendors and internal team members
Contribute to the Business growth, provide support in developing new services opportunities
 
Requirements:
 
Bachelor degree in IT or related discipline
At least 8 to 10 years in ICT industry, preferably from system integrators
Knowledge in Server, Storage, backup, Virtualization and Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure)
Solid experience in IT all-round services, Service Delivery Management and project management
Knowledge in service management tools, such as ServiceNow preferred
Problem solving and multitasking
Fluent in in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
