Job Duties:

Manage IT Infrastructure projects and operations for server and storage
Perform system operations, maintenance, support and troubleshooting
Conduct system monitoring, performance tuning and capacity planning
Perform installation, configuration and maintenance on VMware vSphere and Microsoft servers
Liaise with other IT teams and manage vendors for project, maintenance and support
Support change management, release coordination, ensuring compliance with control processes
Develop and maintain IT policy and standard
Evaluate new products and technology, plan and implement business solutions

Requirements:

Degree Holder in IT or related discipline
Minimum 6 years' IT working experience in sizeable firm or Finance industry
Proficient in administrating Microsoft products, including Windows 2019/2022, Active Directory, SCOM 2025 and VMware/Nutanix virtualization platform
Hands-on experience in administrating Nutanix HCI and VMware VDI is an advantage
Microsoft MCSA is required, Microsoft MCSE / VMware VCP/ ITIL is an advantage
Responsible, self-driven, goal achieving, a good team player
Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Cantonese
