ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a renowned international bank with strong client base and competitive products. Due to business expansion, a team lead is needed to join their growing team with attractive package and accelerated career progression.

 

DUTIES

  • Responsible for system project management, manage a small team of developers in system development
  • Participate in system design, development enhancement / maintenance for the new and existing banking applications
  • Assist in collecting user requirements and transform into functional requirements and technical specifications
  • Liaise with different parties for system implementation, bug fixing, create test case, prepare system specifications, deployment, and related system documents
  • Evaluate and provide solutions / advice on system risk, information security and technological concerns to user
  • Organize training, UAT and other activities with users and internal departments
  • Maintain service quality and project document control; ensure development cycle complies with the Bank’s policies

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or above in Computer Studies or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in application / software development, especially experience in solution design and project management, previous experience in banking industry will be an advantage
  • Proficient in ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server
  • Concrete knowledge in information security
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferrable
