ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a renowned international bank with strong client base and competitive products. Due to business expansion, a team lead is needed to join their growing team with attractive package and accelerated career progression.
DUTIES
- Responsible for system project management, manage a small team of developers in system development
- Participate in system design, development enhancement / maintenance for the new and existing banking applications
- Assist in collecting user requirements and transform into functional requirements and technical specifications
- Liaise with different parties for system implementation, bug fixing, create test case, prepare system specifications, deployment, and related system documents
- Evaluate and provide solutions / advice on system risk, information security and technological concerns to user
- Organize training, UAT and other activities with users and internal departments
- Maintain service quality and project document control; ensure development cycle complies with the Bank’s policies
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or above in Computer Studies or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in application / software development, especially experience in solution design and project management, previous experience in banking industry will be an advantage
- Proficient in ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server
- Concrete knowledge in information security
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
- Immediate availability is highly preferrable
