Responsibilities:

Lead development team engaged in the full SDLC

Oversee the translation of business requirements into functional design that aligns with architectural standards and roadmaps

Seek opportunities to constantly improve work practices and team achievements.

Plan and assign resources to accomplish development tasks, monitor and report the progress.

Conduct deliverable reviews to ensure compliance to establish standards and processes
- Work closely with vendor and development teams
Requirements:
-
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or related engineering discipline

10+ year experience in software development of large scale systems
-
5+ year experience in .NET / Java platform
- Skills: .NET/Java, DevOps, GIT, CICD, SVN, Linux, Window, etc.

Solid experience in managing software development team on large scale system delivery

Experience in client-facing and multi-threaded programming

Strong proficiency in data analytics, system design and development
-
Experience in in-memory DB design or Messaging protocol (e.g. Solace) would be an advantage
- Candidates with less experience would be considered as "Technical Lead"
