ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a vibrant virtual bank in Hong Kong with strong partnership with well-established corporations in banking, investment management, corporate financial advisory services, etc.
DUTIES
- To conduct outbound calls to our customers (loan application) to handle their enquiries proactively and to facilitate them to proceed to next steps till loan drawdown
- To conduct outbound telemarketing activities to cross-sell Personal Loan products to customers to achieve business goals and objectives
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 years of telemarketing experience in cross-selling personal loan products
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong commitment to delivering quality customer service
