Position Overview

Our client is a major regional financial institution seeking a highly skilled Business Process Management (BPM) Specialist to join their team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Process Design: Develop and document new and optimized business processes, including workflows, standard operating procedures, and policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, compliance, and customer service, to gather requirements and implement process changes.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of processes and initiatives.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
  • Training: Develop training programs and materials to educate staff on new processes and tools.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all processes adhere to industry regulations and standards, mitigating risks associated with non-compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes and implementing best practices.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (C BPM, Six Sigma) preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business process management, ideally within the financial sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and BPM tools (e.g., Visio, Bizagi, or similar software).
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
