- Support Head of Structured Trade & Working Capital Solutions HK on strategic initiatives to achieve sustainable growth for EA region, including trade innovation & digitalization, ESG & sustainable finance, product cross-selling (cash management & flow FX), etc.
- To prepare for the reporting, and related administrative/middle office work. To assist the FI related transactions.
- To assist on the deep dive exercise, client/industry analysis.
- To support the preparation of GBR applications (GFIG and CBD2HK)
- Manage key relationship with internal and external stakeholders, developing and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Develop and recommend constructive changes and improvements to operating models, procedures and practice based on subject matter expertise and understanding of the bank and market best practice.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial banking and/or trade finance experience.
- With knowledge of trade services / operations / solutions in conventional trade, receivables finance and Supply Chain Finance (SCF)
- With knowledge in credit & operational risk relating to trade products
- With understanding of the market trends, competitive environment, and regulatory environment
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentation in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
