Job Description
- For a period of 12 months between December 20, 2024 to December 19, 2025 (both dates inclusive), to provide clerical support to the office of a government department in the New Territories.
- Undertake duties in relation to goods vehicle matters.
- Provide customer service, eg. Handling enquiries, complaints and hotline; and
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the seniors or supervisors.
Qualification requirements
- Completed secondary education or equivalent;
- Have attained Level 2 or equivalent or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;
- Have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Have good communication skills with customer focus; and
- Possess knowledge of computer operation in English and Chinese word processing, and are familiar with MS Word and MS Excel.
