Responsibilities
- To be a team member of Fintech Development Department
- To assist the team manager to managing Fintech project implementation/consultation
- Coordinate and manage business projects to drive the fintech project development, implementation, testing and business result delivery
- Conduct market research and perform feasibility study for new IT initiatives
- Conduct business analysis on AS-IS model and outline the TO-BE model to users
- To ensure major project activities and deliverables adhere to the Bank's guidelines and policies
* Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Fintech project officer
Qualifications:
- University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years' working experience in business consultation, system implementation or IT project management, preferably in the banking industry or banking related consultancy
- Sound aspiration in Fintech development
- Tracked record in implementing IT solution on digital transformation/ operation/ compliance is preferred
- Sound project management, analytical, presentation, documentation and report writing skills
- A good team player and able to work under pressure and tight schedules
- Proactive, quick learner, follow-through attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Strong attentions to detail, good problem-solving and presentation preparation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is much preferred
- Contract period: 6 months, will consider for renewal based on performance
