Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to support daily HR operation and the accomplishment of operation excellence
- Manage end to end HR operational process from offering, onboarding, payroll, taxation, offboarding
- Pre-onboarding & onboarding employee experience & improve time to productivity
- Migrate and streamline the HR process leveraging HR system, process simplification, improve the process efficiency
- Prepares and analyzes reports and maintains employee-related databases
Key Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant discipline.
- At least 8 years' experience in all rounded Human Resources matters
- Team leading experience is a must
- Well versed in HK employment ordinance
- Good command of English and Cantonese
