Job Description
You will be responsible for handling the daily operations in Manufacturing Excellence Department to support their KPI and Scorecard analysis job needs. Duties included but not limited to:
- Support annual budget, KPI setting, monitoring and cost control
- Have a solid understanding of production data to create and execute reports required by quality, production, and costing functions at the monthly required
- Prepare periodic performance reports to Head of ME review
- Work closely with site cost controllers to consolidate the KPI and scorecard in monthly basis
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- University graduate in Mathematics, Statistic, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Around 2-5 years solid experience in data analysis in manufacturing field
- Strong data manipulation and modelling skill
- Strong logical mind, flexible and sensitive in figures
- Good communicator and detail-orientated
- Ability to work under pressure, independent and proactive
- Ability to interpret and adjust to the situation
- Proficient in MS Excel
