Key Requirements:
- Lead the implementation and management of IBM Maximo projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise asset management goals and business processes
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with specifically managing IBM Maximo or similar is a PLUS
- Plan, execute, and deliver Maximo projects; manage timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of asset and facility lifecycle management, maintenance workflows, and functionalities
- PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Excellent communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills
