My client, a reputable bank, seeks a proactive and innovation Project Manager to implement projects of process re-engineering or improvement. For example managing new migration project, process re-engineering and supporting any operation-related projects. Suitable candidate shall co-ordinate between the business users, operations and IT Department to gather user requirements and evaluate proposed solution.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder, preferably major in Banking, Economics, Finance;
- Required over 7-10 years' experience in banking sector cover the following:
- At least 7 years work in banking products and operational functions, including account opening / maintenance (AML/KYC), settlement, corporate actions, payment and trade support ;
- Sound knowledge in its operation process as well as migration implementation and able to lead a team to ensure excellent services are provided;
- Good understanding of Bank and Regulatory's policies, procedures, practices and rules;
- Strong technical knowledge of the Bank's products services and systems;
- A team leader with good communication skills and risk awareness as well as driving projects independently
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Six Sigma, PMP, Agile certification is a plus
