Responsibilities:

Partner with Business Analysts (BAs) and business stakeholders to clarify, refine, and document user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Facilitate workshops to resolve ambiguities in requirements and validate acceptance criteria.
Work closely with technical teams (developers, architects, etc.) to define and validate technical approaches for user story implementation.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure user stories are well-defined, actionable, and include clear acceptance criteria.
Confirm technical feasibility of proposed solutions with developers and architects before finalizing requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to review system designs, APIs, data models, and integration workflows.
Identify gaps between business expectations and technical constraints, proposing mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information System, Computer Science or related discipline is preferred
Sound leadership, project management, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills;
Strong communication and report writing skills;
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, mature, independent with excellent decision-making skills and conflict management skills;
Good team player and able to work under pressure and tight schedules;
Project management qualification (e.g. PMP, CSM) is an advantage;
- 6+ years in fintech/product environments
Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
