A leading IT Solution Provider is looking for Senior Product Manager / Solution Manager to join their team.
Job duties:
- Develop GTM plans, sales collateral, and training programs for UC solutions
- Responsible for end-to-end product strategy, development, and commercialization of UC solutions, including cloud telephony, collaboration tools, and legacy voice service migration
- Bundling systems (PBX, gateways, multi-channel call centre solutions) with telecom services
- Leading virtual teams of product management, presales, network development, field service & sales to deliver integrated UC solutions for enterprise customers
- Driving the migration from TDM based legacy voice services to IP-based UC solutions
- Identify system partnerships to enhance service offerings
- Lead the design, development, and launch of new UC services
- Work with engineering, vendors, and IT to ensure seamless integration of UC platforms
- Oversee product pricing, bundling strategies, and profitability analysis
- Support enterprise sales teams in positioning UC + hardware bundles
- Engage with customers, partners, and regulators to ensure compliance and adoption
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure product success
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferred
- Over 8 years in UC/VoIP product management, preferably in telecom industry or IT services
- Strong at Go-To-Market Strategy and sales enablement
- Solid experience of Legacy voice networks & migration to IP preferred
- Experience in bundling telecom services with system solutions
