Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation project on Oracle EBS R12.2, including migration of custom objects and enablement of online patching.
- Develop, enhance and deploy Oracle components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) tailored to MTR's business processes.
- Coordinate and execute the transformation of the financial Chart of Accounts to ensure data accuracy, historical mapping, and compatibility across finance systems.
- Design and develop integrations for enabling seamless data exchange between EBS and other enterprise systems, using REST/SOAP APIs and SOA Gateway.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to ensure systems are deployed within MTR's enterprise architecture standards and information security frameworks, compliance with data governance standards.
- Participate in and support testing activities (SIT, UAT), performance analysis, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
- Lead and own the Non-Functional test stream by working with SI Vendor, MTR project team, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture teams.
- Review, provide feedbacks & accept the work conducted by SI Vendor.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Oracle EBS applications, with a focus on root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and continuous enhancement.
- Make professional judgments and provide consultation to users in solving their business problems.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS technical development, with proven experience in implementation of EBS R12.2.
- Strong expertise in EBS components, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, OAF, and Workflow Builder.
- Familiarity with Oracle Financials, especially GL, AP, AR, FA, Sourcing, iSupplier Portal and key dependencies relating to COA design and data migration.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise integration tools for designing and maintaining APIs and ensuring real-time data synchronization.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (Unix/Linux systems, Oracle DB, OLVM environments) and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, system lifecycle management, and IT service management (e.g., ITIL).
- Sound knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in the Oracle ecosystem, including secure coding, role-based access control (RBAC), data encryption, and integration gateway security.
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills, able to work with cross-functional stakeholders and vendor partners.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Oracle certifications (e.g., OCP, Oracle Cloud Integration) highly preferred.
- Experience supporting large enterprise-scale ERP programs is a plus.
