Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and execute training programs, and curriculums including e-learning implementation, technical competency training, both for virtual and physical training programs
- Communicate and meet with business stakeholders, training facilitators, participants and external vendors in implementing the learning programs
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for logistics and venue arrangement of various training and staff events
- Prepare and monitor the budgets of the learning programs
- Analyze learning data and provide reports to the management
- Organise and execute Fresh Graduate Talent Program
Key Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant discipline.
- At least 7 years' experience in training and development gained from sizable companies
- Hands-on experience on organizing training programme, events or virtual training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders' expectations
- Experience with good knowledge in e-learn development tools
- Independent, detail-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated and a good team player
- Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese
