Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of the events, exhibitions and functions
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure proper execution of events, exhibitions and functions
  • Managing and maintaining digital channels and related websites to optimize exhibitions and produce comprehensive social media campaigns
  • Brainstorm ideas and prepare proposal for marketing event and online platform
  • Support other ad hoc tasks/services when required

Requirements:

  • University graduate or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and think both creatively and strategically
  • Ability to run campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) & MS Office
