Key Responsibilities
* Cash flow processing and oversight, conduct investigation with relevant parties as needed
* Trades support - oversee matching and settlement status, escalate issues internally/ externally
* Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reporting to clients, custodians, administrators or internal parties
* TMV oversight
* Unit Trust processing and posting
* Corporate Actions related checking and posting in OMS
* Provide appropriate support on queries and requests raised by investment teams
* Static Data Management / maintenance
* Holidays support for the business
Required Capabilities
* Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences.
* Independent, able to work under pressure and minimal supervision
* Responsible, willing to learn and good interpersonal skills
* Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and Chinese
