- Leading a small team to provide ITSM tool implementation and customisation for customers
- Well-versed in ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Configuration Management
- Provide advice to IT operation team on the workflow of the project and management
- Customize the ITSM tool to adopt suggested ITIL processes
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, understand customers' needs and address their concerns
- University graduate in IT related discipline.
- At least 8 Years of IT working experience, with 3 years as team leader role for any IT software development project
- Certificate holder of ITIL or ITIL 4
- Hands-on experience of designing ITIL processes, customize ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow , MicroFocus SMAX etc and provide ongoing support services to ITSM tools.
- Strong project management and problem solving skills
