A leading local bank is looking for an experienced manager to work closely with Chief of Staff for driving operational efficiency, strategy and KPI measurement for performance management.
The role will drive operational excellence through facilitating workshops with various team heads for strategy setting, KPI setting and measurement, data analysis and report deliverables for driving change.
Requirements:
- Banking or Financial Service industry with 4-5 years of operation performance management and KPI measurement
- Positive mindset with experience of driving changes
- Familiar with banking operations, KPI setting for operation performance management
- Experience of facilitating workshops to drive strategy setting in Operations
- Strong stakeholders' management and communication skills
- Data analysis with Tableau dashboard experience
