Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of decentralized applications and blockchain-based projects. Act as the bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and the Web3 community to ensure timely, secure, and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, resources, and milestones from ideation to launch.
- Coordinate across engineering, product, design, and marketing teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks in smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee testing, audits, and documentation.
- Monitor budgets and vendor relationships.
- Align product development with community needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees a plus.
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in Web3 or blockchain.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain protocols, DeFi, NFTs, and DAOs.
- Familiarity with smart contracts, compliance, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in distributed, multicultural teams.
