Our client is a well-known organization in the banking sector. They are now looking for the captioned positions to join their team.
The Senior /Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects within an insurance company. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and product development, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources, including internal and external teams, to ensure project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered with high quality and meet business objectives.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as necessary.
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, business, or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience managing digital projects, preferably in banking or insurance industry.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
