This role is responsible for leading the design, analysis, development and implementation of eMPF and related business systems by synthesizing business processes, technology capabilities, and data architecture. The position requires a strategic, hands-on leader who combines deep analytical expertise with a strong understanding of MPF/pension operations and enterprise IT systems. You will have to partner with stakeholders across business, operations, compliance and IT to collect user requirements; you have to evaluate and select hardware/ software and vendor solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration or any related disciplines
- With around 5 years of relevant working experience in MPF, pension or FI industry
- Solid experience and knowledge in pension operation and platform transformation
- Strong knowledge of MPF/pension product modeling, system development life cycle (SDLC), and enterprise or solution architecture frameworks.
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
