Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support (including backend services running on Linux and applications in Windows kiosks and Android tablets).
- Provide technical and 24x7 second level application support to end users.
- Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of systems, managing patches and security updates.
- Quickly diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, performing troubleshooting as needed.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of IT experience including minimum 2 years in delivering one or more IT project(s) in supporting installation, testing and system configuration of virtualized server, storage and network connections in cloud environment as functional/ specialty experience; and the functional/ specialty experience shall cover one or more of the following areas:
- Conducting site preparation planning and control, network sizing, implementation and related support services; and
- Conducting system installation, server maintenance, configuration, integration, interface management and performance tuning.
