Responsibilities:
* Liaise with fintech communities (e.g. Cyberport, Science Park and ASTRI) and conduct research to discover and validate innovative technologies (e.g. fintech) that enhance banking services as well as customer relations
* Collaborating with solution vendors, internal IT resources and business stakeholders to conduct cost and benefit analysis as well as risks of adopting the innovative solutions
* Define the high level solution architecture of innovation solutions with consideration of bank architecture
* Responsible for Proof-of-Concept (PoC), development, implementation and maintenance of innovation solutions
Requirements:
* Experiences in technology research, study, innovation and exploitation is preferred;
* Proficient in technology discovery, application and implementation;
* Ability to master new technologies quickly and evaluate their effectiveness;
* Presentable, self-motivated, detailed-oriented, independent with excellent decision-making skills;
* Good communication and interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation;
* Strong leadership skills and collaboration ability;
* Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
