WEALTH MANAGEMENT APPLICATION SUPPORT
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the securities trading platform
- Provide application support to end users and liaise with vendor to follow up issue
- Gather user requirement and work with vendor for implementation
- Follow up project tasks assigned by supervisor
- Mange and coordinate UAT with stakeholders
- Weekend support for market rehearsal or system release (occasionally)
- Coordinate with internal IT teams to perform OS/DB patch update/DR drill/Resilience test
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Strong technical background and practical production support experience (Web app and Mobile app)
- With securities brokerage or bank support experiences will be an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
