My client, one of the top-tier local banks, seeks an experience Communications Manager for internal cross-departmental/ functional communications, promotion of IT solutions roll-out, cultivating a two-way effective communication culture within the bank.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a manager position in corporate communications, employee engagement, PR, or related fields
- Strong storytelling and content development skills, with high attention to detail
- Sound interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder engagement and presentation capabilities
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools is an advantage
