Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for users and VIPs
- Manage meeting room and AV setups for internal/external events
- Oversee data centre operations and infrastructure projects
- Lead IT support team and ensure service quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or Information Technology or any related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in IT support, including helpdesk, meeting room setups, VIP support and data centre operations, with 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Solid experience in Windows 11, Active Directory, Office 2019-365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, M365, Copilot Chat, Forms, OneDrive, Power Apps
- Proficiency in LAN administration, endpoint security, and mobile device management (iOS/Android)
- Experience in Virtual PC support, mass deployments, and patching, Video conferencing tools, HCL Notes R12, IT service management
