Our client, An online-only Insurtech Company, was established in Hong Kong in December 2017, to explore international business development, collaboration and investment opportunities in the areas of fintech and insurtech in overseas market.
- Set up Claims Guidelines for new products and prepare Claims Manual from time to time Assess and process claims application, involve in approving claims cases
- Lead and coordinate BAU system enhancement activities to meet business priorities Online Claims Platform development and service enhancement
- Set up Auto-Claims Rules Responsible for the provision of excellent insurance services to customers through different communication channels, including but not limited to telephone, email and digital platforms Handle enquiries and provide professional one-stop-solution to customers, which including assist in application, handle Complaint, Claims and other Policy services
- Retain & Enhance customer relationship through varies customer interactions, such as conservation, post sales follow up, etc.
- Assist in monitoring day-to-day customer activities and service pledges, timely report problem and complaint to manager for improvement
- Ensure compliance with internal control standards and regulatory requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in Business or relevant field
- Holder of FLMI or ICA qualification is preferred
- 5 years’ experience in claims in the life insurance industry, experience in customer service, setting online Claims Platform and Auto Claims Rules are preferred Customer centric mindset, problem solving skills and stress management
- Self-driven, open minded and flexible Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
