Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide first tier user support and troubleshooting
  • Provide day-to-day PC administration and desktop services
  • Perform regular system checking and operations
  • Perform administrative work, including hardware inventory, report and system document preparation
  • Liaise and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and services

Requirements:

  • Degree/Higher Diploma Holder in IT or related discipline
  • At least 3-4 years relevant working experience in Service Desk and IT support
  • Relevant working experience in financial or sizeable firms is an advantage
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows, M365, VMware and common desktop applications
  • Customer-orientated, a team player with good communication skill
  • Proactive, Independent, self-driven and eager to learn
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
