Work with business units on workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement and relations as well as skills assessment
Partner with line managers to focus on performance management, retention strategy and talent development
Support the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures
Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling
Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
Involve in project transformation
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline
At least 2-3 years' HR experience, preferably with Business Partner Role from sizeable companies
Experience in IT industry will be advantageous
Good communication and stakeholder management skills 
Good command of English
