Job Description
- Attend clients' meetings to determine technical and business requirements
- Provide technical solutions in a professional manner within the timeline
- Create and deliver technical presentations internally and externally;
- Provide training on solutions and technical support to channel partners and users;
- Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations;
- Provide accurate and timely management information, such as activity reports, project reviews and KPI.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 1 year of Pre-sales technical experience in IT Server, Storage, Network or ICT Infrastructure products and Solutions;
- Strong selling, consulting and presentation skills;
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and under pressure;
- Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
