Researcher/ Consultant (Banking and IT)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide research support to consultant in IT /Banking sector and understand the ever-changing industry landscape
- Source, identify and pre-screen specific skill sets of candidates from different channels - company resources, networking, cold-calling etc.
- Evaluate candidates' suitability through phone calls and face-to-face interviews, and provide professional advices accordingly
- Work closely with fellow consultants to conduct research on respective industry, market information and candidates.
- Maintain and constantly update candidate database
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder or equivalent in any discipline
- 1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment or sales related industry is desirable but not mandatory. Fresh Graduate also welcome
- Diligence and persistent in conducting desktop research and making different contacts
- A result-driven self-starter with strong communication, interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Have the passion in recruitment industry and the strong urge to strive for career development
- Outgoing team worker who is interested in networking with top professionals and market mapping
- Result driven, well disciplined with positive personality
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with good telephone
