ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is one of the renowned local banks providing best-in-class banking products and services in retail and commercial domains. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Sales Coach to join their growing team with attractive package and accelerated career progression.
DUTIES
- Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges
- Assist onboard and train new salespeople
- Identify individual and team training needs
- Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts and case studies
- Set periodic (weekly, monthly) performance development objectives for the salesperson
- Evaluate employees’ performance after each coach session
- Monitor growth of target salesperson
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year work experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or similar role
- 4-5 year experience in a sales or customer service position
- Familiar with role-play practices
- Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
- With tertiary education or equivalent qualification
- Good command on both written and spoken English and Chinese
