A leading legal technology solution provider is looking for Sales Director to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Leading sales and strategy development to drive revenue and ensure profitability
  • Take overall responsibility and ownership for the achievement of sales and other performance targets across the team
  • lead the drive for new solution penetration in existing customers, and new business pitches for prospective clients
  • Develop Sales strategy, process and planning, drive sales revenue growth and expand market share, ensure long term growth
  •  Preparing a robust operating plan so that budgets and forecasts are consistently achieved

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years professional sales experience with senior management experience preferably gained in an information or software solutions vendors
  • Minimum 5 years sales team management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales teams and successfully achieving sales targets.
  • Familiar with solution selling and subscription based products/solutions
  • Proven experience / understand of print vs online and digital solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to present to executive level audiences
  • Fluent English essential, Cantonese and Mandarin
