Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Head of Operations to establish weekly and monthly sales goals and to develop scripts for use by the Growth team
  • Measures team performance, motivate the team to achieve sales goals, and enhance the job satisfaction
  • Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to Head of Operations
  • Gives guidelines to the team for handling the non-routine cases
  • Works with Branding team and Partnership team to deliver all-rounded branding and marketing campaigns
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Business or relevant field with IIQE Qualification (IIQE Paper 1,2, & 3)
  • At least 6 years work experience in telesales or outbound call center role in the insurance or financial services industry, with experience in team management
  • High sales drive, mature, good telephone manner and able to take responsibility for achieving goals
  • Good customer-centric skills and stress management
  • Self-driven, open-minded, and flexible
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese, English, and Putonghua
