Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and execute training programs, and curriculums including e-learning implementation, technical competency training, both for virtual and physical training programs
  • Communicate and meet with business stakeholders, training facilitators, participants and external vendors in implementing the learning programs
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for logistics and venue arrangement of various training and staff events
  • Prepare and monitor the budgets of the learning programs
  • Analyze learning data and provide reports to the management
  • Organise and execute Fresh Graduate Talent Program


Key Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant discipline.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in training and development gained from sizable companies
  • Hands-on experience on organizing training programme, events or virtual training
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders’ expectations
  • Experience with good knowledge in e-learn development tools
  • Independent, detail-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated and a good team player
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese
