Supervise the service desk (VIP support)
Knowledge on trading system e.g. Bloomberg/ Reuters
IT Operations: server rooms, data center; access authority management
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the service team to deliver helpdesk service and provide system support
Manage virtual PC client, desktop applications, hardware and software as well as User ID administration and operation
Conduct IT operation and administration and enforce control, e.g. change management, incident management and IT asset management in accordance with the Bank’s policy and standard
Provide support to trading floor systems, voices and conference systems, remote access and mobile devices, server room facilities and disaster recovery site
Prepare regular IT report, develop/maintain system documents and technical procedures
Liaise with different stakeholders, e.g. head office, internal customers and external vendors on rolling out various IT projects
REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Higher Diploma holder in IT or related discipline
Over 8 year’s working experience in IT, preferably in banking industry, with at least 4 years’ supervisory experience
Hands-on experience in trading floor systems support e.g. Refinitiv and Bloomberg, Data Center facilities, IT service and operation management, helpdesk and desktop applications
Solid experience in Windows 10, Office 365, Windows Server 2016 and Active Directory, Microsoft SCCM 2016, voice/video facilities and Cisco IP Phone
Experience on PC virtualization technology such as Citrix, VMware Horizon
Good knowledge in IT infrastructure and security concept
ITIL, CCNA, MCITP an advantage
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin an advantage
