RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the service team to deliver helpdesk service and provide system support

  • Manage virtual PC client, desktop applications, hardware and software as well as User ID administration and operation

  • Conduct IT operation and administration and enforce control, e.g. change management, incident management and IT asset management in accordance with the Bank’s policy and standard

  • Provide support to trading floor systems, voices and conference systems, remote access and mobile devices, server room facilities and disaster recovery site

  • Prepare regular IT report, develop/maintain system documents and technical procedures

  • Liaise with different stakeholders, e.g. head office, internal customers and external vendors on rolling out various IT projects

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree/Higher Diploma holder in IT or related discipline

  • Over 8 year’s working experience in IT, preferably in banking industry, with at least 4 years’ supervisory experience

  • Hands-on experience in trading floor systems support e.g. Refinitiv and Bloomberg, Data Center facilities, IT service and operation management, helpdesk and desktop applications

  • Solid experience in Windows 10, Office 365, Windows Server 2016 and Active Directory, Microsoft SCCM 2016, voice/video facilities and Cisco IP Phone

  • Experience on PC virtualization technology such as Citrix, VMware Horizon

  • Good knowledge in IT infrastructure and security concept

  • ITIL, CCNA, MCITP an advantage

  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin an advantage
