Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to IT department
- Schedule meeting, take minutes, data input and filing
- Administer payment / reimbursement and answer any enquiries
- Assist in generating regular and ad hoc reports and prepare documents
- Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the department head
Qualifications:
- Over 2 years' of administrative experience in IT Department of a sizeable company preferably from banking industry
- Some experience and knowledge of IT products or solutions preferred
- Well organized and attentive to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
