The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies for a banking sector's digital projects. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, IT, and customer experience, to ensure digital solutions are marketed effectively to customers, and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for banking sector's digital projects.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define target audiences, messaging, and content strategy.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for digital marketing activities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and execute marketing plans.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.
- Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the banking sector.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of banking industry and related digital technologies is preferred.
