A well-known organization is hiring the Head of Application to manage a regional team of 100 across APAC region. This role focuses on application support, modernization, and project delivery, with a strong emphasis on DevOps and AI integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead application modernization and cloud-native transformation.
- Manage large teams and ensure SLA, cost, and performance targets.
- Design and implement DevOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
- Collaborate on AI integration for intelligent automation.
- Ensure security and compliance through DevSecOps practices.
- Optimize application performance using observability tools.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; PMP preferred.
- 15+ years of experience, including 6+ years in a senior leadership role .
- Strong background in application development and project management.
- Proven client-facing experience is a must
- Familiarity with AI, ML, and Big Data technologies.
- Fluent in Chinese and English; excellent leadership and communication skills.
