My client, a reputable local bank, seeks several experienced managers to cover key operations in payment, FX and derivatives, to cope with the expansion and transformation initiatives. Ideal candidates should have the below qualities.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in banking/ financial service/ security services, covering payment, product management (preferably FX and derivatives);
- Experience with AI, automation or process transformation is an advantage;
- Strong knowledge of HKMA regulatory requirements, compliance, framework of FX and payment;
- Good understanding of systems, such as Calypso and Murex, is a plus;
- Organized, responsible, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities;
- Team leader with multi-tasking skills, a can-do attitude, and ability to work under pressure with tight timelines;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Good verbal and written English and Chinese.
