Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support on User Acceptance Test (UAT) or QA of the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT, and vendors
- Provide regular status updates and report defects & risks for communication with various stakeholders
- Experience in testing data and electronic submission portal is preferred
- Set up the test environment and test preparation
- Report defect/issue clearly with detail steps using the provided bug tracking tools (i.e. JIRA)
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder
- 3 - 5+ year working experience, preferably in IT sectors
- Solid experience in performing UAT or QA
- Fluent of written and spoken English and Chinese
