My client, a top tier service provider, is seeking an Assistant Manager/ Senior Officer, Quality Assurance. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this role will serve as a key team member within the quality assurance team, supporting the maintenance and enhancement of key ISO certifications - ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001 and others. The successful candidate will take ownership of the operations of ISO audits and ensure our quality management systems (QMS) meet certification standards and business goals.

- Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Quality Management, Operations management, or IT related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ISO quality management, direct experience within IT industry is highly desired.
- Hands on knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO system development and maintenance.
- ISO Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor training (ISO 9001 / ISO 20000 / ISO 27001) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and compliance excellence.
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
