Associate Consultant / Consultant- Technology and Banking
- Work as a 360 degree consultant in terms of business development, researching, interviewing and closing the job orders
- Manage the candidate and clients via relationship management, consultative approach and consistent communications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work across multiple roles at the same time
- Keep closely updates on hiring trends and openings in various companies
Requirements
- Degree or above in Computer Science or other discipline
- Ideally possess proven IT recruitment or IT sales background for consultant role
- Associate Consultant should possess at least 1 years of experience in a research/ sourcing candidates or in business development with proven track record
- Strong phone filtering skills, time management and judgment in screening/ shortlisting candidates
- Understands urgency, delivery focused and meets tight deadlines
- Confident in communication, negotiation and presentation skills, possess can-do attitude at work
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
