Responsibility:

Lead a cross‑functional squad to deliver digital distribution solutions across multiple business lines.
Drive research, requirement gathering, and solution design for digital products and new business opportunities.
Collaborate with vendors, IT, risk, operations, and business teams to define and finalize solutions.
Oversee UAT, defect management, regulatory approvals, rollout planning, and post‑launch performance.
Support product delivery to drive business growth and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
Experience or strong interest in AI, digital assets, or stablecoin‑related solutions is preferred.
Strong interest in fintech trends and the ability to work in Agile environments.
Proactive, collaborative, and strong in communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management.
Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
